RRR

I don't really feel like an update today.  All I did was run a bit over 6 miles at Raccoon at 7:30 pace.  Pretty basic.

Curtis ran 15 today after dropping 12 yesterday, well done sir.

Nick, Andy, Adam, and Curt came over for some cards tonight.  Nicki won the pot and is going to buy himself a Jack Daniels belt buckle.  Sweet.  Last night Teresa and I went over to Motley's for a cook out and some reebs.  Dems is good.

That is it.  Tomorrow is an off day...off from running and off from work.  Double sweet.

    FYI it was a Jim Beam belt buckle NOT a Jack Daniels One- how do you not know the difference? ! And BTW, he is using his winnings to buy me a subscription to US weekly, NOT on liquor.
