Quick Four

I ran an old route that I haven't run for a while.  There is a four mile route from my house that I enjoy.  It rewards you for going out hard...the first two miles are pretty much uphill and the lest two are downhill.  If you go out fast, it is easy to hold the pace or get quicker.

I ran the first mile at 6:56 and held steady after that.  Miles 2-4 where 6:39, 6:40, and 6:41, pretty consistent.

Going to take tomorrow off and fly to Colorado on Thursday.  I am going to get an easy 3 in from the hotel and stretch the legs a bit.

It may be a bit until I update this.  I may not be able to access this from the Hotel.
